Summer days

Yesterday the kids and I took advantage of an open invitation to join some friends (we hadn't seen in a long time) at Aldergrove Lake.  It was a good visit. The water was refreshing, the sun hot on my back and it really felt like a community. Too bad chances are this it the Lakes last year. We were later joined by my Muse and her kiddlets. So cute.

Then today, even though the weather shifted a bit., my husband took our son to Grouse Mountain. They rode a gondola and ski lift. Went up a wind mill and even saw a bear.

While they did that my daughter and I pretended to camp. :)
