AAaAaAaaAaa

So today I awoke to a call from hubbie. He forgot his keys at home to the sight he was working IN VANCOUVER. Luckily this time he took the truck so I had a car. I woke, dressed and bribed the kids out the door to meet him halfway.
We decided to go shop for an upcoming birthday, easy enough, except I got hopelessly lost in a town I used to frequent (embarrassing). We got to the first store eventually and once we were firmly into shopping mode my daughter informs me her diaper is full. It overflowed! Bathrooms don't seem to have paper towel these days so I had to track some down. After rinsing out my dress I cleaned the floor, ran out of paper towel and had to get toilet paper to finish. The kids started getting excited so I decided we should head to another store. Turns out my son has a fear of escalators, that was fun.
We got to the next store, another escalator and another full diaper. Found the washroom only to discover the 3 diapers I packed were missing. Luckily they sell them in the washroom. I fished out the 4 quarters needed to get the diaper(one size too small) and we were good to go again, or so I thought. Just as we start looking in a department for me my son gets a bleeding nose. Of course I have no tissue, no napkins, and not even any toilet paper. Just a change pad sheet. So I tear that apart to make due till we are back in the bathroom, get the nose under control (all be it with a tissue wad up his nose). Grab some food for lunch, spill my change at the check out (of course) and head home to my "was clean a week ago but is a disaster now" house to make lunch.
Burnt the grilled cheese, cleened up 2 more pee puddles and thought I'd escape in a blog post.
Blog post took at least 3 times longer than necessary as my pictures and my curser (not to mention patience) kept disappearing. Now after sitting here so long I don't want to head back out to finish the errands I forgot to run or renew my license.
Maybe tomorrow.
